Escorts Kubota to Break Ground on New Greenfield Plant in YEIDA Industrial Area, Uttar Pradesh
Escorts Kubota Limited will hold the groundbreaking ceremony for its new greenfield manufacturing facility on August 20, 2026. The plant is located in Sector-10 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) Industrial Area in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
The site is close to the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar, a location the company has flagged for its logistics and connectivity advantages for future operations.
The land for the project was allotted by YEIDA. The company had first disclosed plans for the facility in an earlier communication dated March 24, 2026, and confirmed the groundbreaking date and venue to stock exchanges on August 4, 2026.
No investment size or production capacity for the new facility has been disclosed so far. The project adds to Escorts Kubota's manufacturing footprint in India, with the YEIDA location positioning the company within an infrastructure-linked industrial zone in the National Capital Region.
