Eco Hotels and Resorts Launches Eco Boutique Satva Udaipur at Govardhan Villas, Aravalli Hills, Rajasthan
Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited has launched its first boutique hospitality property in Udaipur, located in Govardhan Villas amid the Aravalli Hills near Govardhan Lake. The property marks the company's sixth operational property and its entry into one of India's leading tourism and destination wedding markets.
The property, named Eco Boutique Satva Udaipur, has been designed to offer contemporary comfort, personalised hospitality and immersive local experiences. Situated close to Govardhan Lake, it provides convenient access to Udaipur's palaces, lakes, cultural attractions and wedding venues while offering guests a tranquil hillside setting.
The launch introduces two new food and beverage concepts — EcoSip Café, the company's first café brand, and Kick In The Brick, a double-deck rooftop restaurant with views of the Aravalli Hills — alongside morning Bhajan Clubbing cultural sessions positioned as a differentiating guest experience.
The property was originally signed as a 20-room hotel and was scheduled to commence operations in March 2026. Eco Hotels' existing portfolio includes properties in Kota, Vadodara, Varanasi, Ayodhya and Kochi.
The launch comes as Udaipur continues to witness strong growth in domestic and international tourist arrivals, supported by increasing demand for experiential travel and destination weddings. No investment figure for the property has been disclosed by the company.
