Dynamic Cables Ltd to Commission ₹45 Crore Greenfield Cable Manufacturing Plant in Jaipur by September 2026

Dynamic Cables Limited, a Jaipur-based manufacturer of power cables and conductors, is expanding its manufacturing capacity through a new greenfield facility with an estimated capital expenditure of approximately ₹45 crore. The project's production start has been reset to September 2026, positioning the new capacity to come online ahead of the seasonally stronger second half of FY27.

Company management said project implementation had picked up pace after receiving key statutory approvals, following earlier delays caused by approval-related timelines and disruption in imported machinery deliveries linked to regional logistics issues. Existing capacity is expected to be sufficient to meet the order book through the first half of FY27, with the new plant contributing meaningfully to revenue from the fourth quarter of FY27 onward.

As part of its broader growth strategy, the company is also shifting its product mix from commodity cables such as conductors and signalling cables toward higher-value segments including HV cables, solar cables, and cables using E-Beam cross-linking technology. Solar cables are expected to account for 20-23% of revenue during the year, with the share expected to rise further once the new plant is commissioned.

Separately, Dynamic Cables has entered a technical collaboration with TS Conductor Corp, a US-based company, to manufacture HTLS (High Temperature Low Sag) carbon core conductors in India. The company has also received Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) approval for its ACSR and AL-59 conductors, supporting its push into larger transmission and infrastructure projects.
