Dusit International and Atmosphere to Develop 300-Key Dusit Princess Resort in Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand
Dusit International has entered into a hotel management agreement with Atmosphere for the development of Dusit Princess Rishikesh in Tehri Garhwal district, Uttarakhand. The property is scheduled to open in 2031 and forms part of Dusit International's ongoing India expansion strategy.
The development will feature 300 keys comprising hotel rooms and luxury duplex villas. Guest facilities will include an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, business centre, outdoor swimming pool, gym, yoga room, and multipurpose event spaces.
The property will also incorporate a clubhouse offering a spa, infinity pool, restaurant, squash court, mini-plex, bowling alley, and indoor gaming facilities, positioning the development as a destination-led mixed-use hospitality and lifestyle project.
