CG Developers India and MLA Group to Develop 150-Key JW Marriott Hotel in Siliguri, West Bengal
CG Developers India and MLA Group have entered into an agreement with Marriott International for the development of JW Marriott Hotel Siliguri in West Bengal. The signing ceremony was held in Kathmandu, Nepal. The project forms part of CG Developers India's hospitality expansion strategy across high-growth destinations in India.
The proposed hotel will feature 150 guest rooms and suites, along with four dining venues, a Spa by JW, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness centre. The property will also include approximately 1,500 sq m of banquet and meeting space for corporate and social events.
The site is located approximately 10 km from Bagdogra Airport, providing access for both business and leisure travellers. No investment quantum or project completion timeline has been disclosed at this stage.
