Desco Infratech Bags Letter of Intent from Sabarmati Gas for Steel Gas Pipeline in Aravalli, Gujarat
Desco Infratech Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Sabarmati Gas Limited, a joint venture of GSPC and BPCL, for laying, installation, testing and commissioning of a 4-inch diameter steel gas pipeline in the Aravalli geographical area (GA) of Gujarat.
The pipeline is intended to provide steel pipeline connectivity to Balaji Wafers Pvt. Ltd. The order value is approximately ₹5.86 lakh (INR 5.86 million as inclusive of GST, per the regulatory filing), and the significant terms and conditions of the contract will apply to its execution.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Desco Infratech is engaged in providing infrastructure and maintenance services to city gas distribution networks, including pipeline laying, installation, testing and commissioning of piped natural gas (PNG) connections for domestic and commercial users.
