DCM Shriram Signs ₹105 Crore Pact with Serentica Renewables for 58 MW Hybrid Clean Power in Bharuch

DCM Shriram has signed an agreement with Serentica Renewables to source power from a 58 MW (peak) hybrid renewable energy project for its chlor-alkali plant in Bharuch, Gujarat. The project, part of Serentica's 190 MW hybrid solar-wind facility, is scheduled for commissioning by June 2027.
DCM Shriram will invest up to ₹105 crore for a minimum 26% stake in the project SPV, increasing its renewable energy capacity across Bharuch and Kota from 118.4 MW to 176.4 MW (peak) while supporting decarbonisation and reducing energy costs.
