Ceigall India Limited, in a 70:30 joint venture with Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways for an EPC road contract in Arunachal Pradesh. The project covers construction of the Bile-Migging section of National Highway-913, part of the Frontier Highway, from km 17.812 to km 55.377, upgrading the stretch to intermediate lane standards.
The total bid cost for the project stands at ₹274.08 crore. With Ceigall holding a 70 per cent stake in the joint venture, its effective contract value works out to approximately ₹191.86 crore. The contract carries a 48-month construction period, to be followed by a five-year maintenance period.
This award adds to Ceigall's expanding order book in Arunachal Pradesh, which now stands at five active packages on the Frontier Highway worth a combined ₹2,423.70 crore, following four separate contracts totalling ₹2,149.62 crore awarded on August 18, 2026, through a separate joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining Limited. Together, the five packages span close to 278 km of intermediate lane road construction across the state.
Company Chairman and Managing Director Ramneek Sehgal said the joint ventures secured all five Letters of Acceptance within a span of two days, reflecting the company's execution track record and regional presence in Arunachal Pradesh's border-connectivity infrastructure segment.
