ITC Hotels Signs Two New Fortune Hotels Properties in Saharanpur (UP) and Mantralayam (AP)
ITC Hotels Limited has signed agreements for two new properties under its Fortune Hotels brand, located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and Mantralayam, Andhra Pradesh. The signings extend Fortune Hotels' footprint into Tier II and Tier III markets driven by business, leisure and pilgrimage demand.
Fortune Park Saharanpur is a brownfield project featuring 60 rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, green lawns and banquet facilities. It is scheduled to open in December 2026. The location is expected to draw on Saharanpur's agro-based economy and established wood-carving industry to support demand from business and leisure travellers.
Fortune Park Mantralayam will mark the brand's entry into Mantralayam, a pilgrimage town in Andhra Pradesh, as its first branded hotel. The property will have 79 rooms along with an all-day dining restaurant and banquet facilities catering to pilgrims, families and other visitors. It is expected to open in the last quarter of FY 2026-27.
ITC Hotels Managing Director Anil Chadha said the signings reflect the company's focus on expanding into high-potential, underserved markets with growing commercial and spiritual travel demand. The additions further build out Fortune Hotels' national portfolio across Northern and Southern India.
