Wyndham Signs 100-Key Vienna House Easy Hotel in Vrindavan, Marks Brand's India Debut

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to introduce its European lifestyle brand Vienna House to India, with the first property coming up in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. The 100-key Vienna House Easy Vrindavan marks the brand's market debut and is being developed by entrepreneur Sachin Kumar, owner of Kumar Beverages Industries, in partnership with Nardev Chaudhary.

The four-star property is scheduled to open in 2029. It will be located near the Banke Bihari Temple, Prem Mandir and ISKCON Vrindavan, with connectivity to Mathura Junction, Agra and Delhi.

Planned amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop infinity pool with a poolside terrace, banquet space and a vegetarian dining concept drawing on local culinary traditions. The project is aimed at capturing rising demand from pilgrims, families and leisure travellers visiting Vrindavan, one of India's key religious tourism destinations.

The signing extends Wyndham's brand portfolio in India and reflects continued investment in destination-based hotel development tied to India's spiritual and cultural tourism circuit.
