Ceigall India Limited has executed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on June 9, 2026, for a highway infrastructure project in Punjab. The agreement has been entered into through the company's special purpose vehicle, Ceigall Ambala Chandigarh Zirakpur Limited.

The project involves the construction of a 10.3 km six-lane access-controlled spur road connecting the Ambala–Chandigarh section of NH-205A to the Zirakpur Bypass. The estimated project cost is ₹603 crore, excluding GST.

The project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), under which the government and the developer share funding responsibilities during construction. Civil construction is to be completed within 18 months, following which Ceigall India will operate and maintain the corridor for 15 years under the terms of the concession.

The corridor is intended to strengthen road connectivity across the Ambala–Chandigarh–Zirakpur belt and ease traffic movement in the region, which serves as a key arterial zone connecting Haryana, Punjab, and the Union Territory of Chandigarh.
