BikeWo Green Tech, Evify Logitech Sign MoU To Build AI-Led Electric Logistics Platform, Plan Up To 10,000 EV Deployment
BikeWo Green Tech Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Evify Logitech Private Limited to jointly explore the development of a technology and data platform for electric logistics, combining data acquisition, hardware, artificial intelligence and real-world fleet operations.
Under the proposed collaboration, Evify's app-based logistics and rider data capabilities will be combined with hardware-enabled data acquisition systems that BikeWo plans to develop and deploy. The companies intend to use this combined data layer, along with AI and analytics, to build applications for fleet management, route optimisation, rider and vehicle performance tracking, predictive insights and broader logistics intelligence.
The partners plan to run technology pilots to validate data quality, hardware performance, operational use cases and commercial viability. As an initial step, BikeWo and Evify intend to deploy approximately 500 electric vehicles across Evify's logistics operations under a Phase I rollout.
Subject to successful implementation of Phase I and agreement on commercial and operational terms, the companies envisage scaling cumulative deployment to approximately 10,000 electric vehicles over the next three years. The fleet deployment is intended to provide a real-world environment to test and progressively scale data-led technologies across electric logistics.
The MoU forms part of BikeWo's broader strategy to build an integrated mobility and logistics platform, using technology and data intelligence to connect electric vehicles, fleet operations and logistics services. No investment figure has been disclosed for the collaboration.
