Axiscades Engineering Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of a 32,847 sq m land parcel from the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) for a total consideration of ₹39.42 crore. The transaction, disclosed on July 24, 2026, secures the site for the company's planned defence hardware manufacturing and article integration unit.

The land is located at IP Hardware Park Phase II, Mamidipally village, Balapur Mandal, Rangareddy District, Telangana. The acquisition follows an earlier disclosure dated November 12, 2025, and was executed on terms agreed with TSIIC. The transaction has been classified as an arm's length deal with no related-party involvement.

The acquired facility is intended for manufacturing defence hardware and article integration, explicitly excluding fuel and explosives handling. The move forms part of Axiscades' broader strategy to expand its footprint in the defence sector by securing dedicated manufacturing infrastructure within a government-run industrial park.

With the land acquisition now complete, the company can proceed with setting up manufacturing capabilities at the site, removing a key pre-operational hurdle for the project.
