The Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels is looking to augment its portfolio to 4,603 keys in the next five years. The hospitality brand has 2,298 keys in owned, leased, and managed formats.

The company would add 830 rooms across five hotels in its owned portfolio in five years, led by strong demand and firming up of room rates in the next three to five years. The firm's expansion plans as well as renovations of existing hotels would be funded through internal accruals.

The expansion of Flury’s, the tearoom and pastry shop, would also be funded in the same way, as the brand seeks to expand footprint of the Flury’s in Kolkata, West Bengal, and Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), even as it is actively considering expansion to Delhi, NCR, Hyderabad, and Pune.

The portfolio of brands includes The Park, The Park Collection, Zone by the Park, Zone Connect by the Park. The company is currently raising Rs 920 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
