Anvi Carnations to Develop 150-Key Novotel Jaipur Achrol Resort and Spa in Rajasthan
Anvi Carnations Hotel and Resorts will develop the 150-key Novotel Jaipur Achrol Resort and Spa in Rajasthan. The project is located along the Delhi-Jaipur corridor, with access to Jaipur city, Jaipur Airport and the Aravalli Hills.
The resort will include guestrooms and suites with private balconies, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby lounge bar, a swimming pool, a spa and a fitness center. The property will also feature an anticipated 1,000 square metres of banquet and meeting space intended for weddings, social events, MICE gatherings, corporate offsites and leisure stays.
The development is positioned to serve leisure, corporate and wedding event demand, drawing on connectivity from Delhi NCR and other North Indian markets.
Separately, Anvi Carnations has signed on to develop the 160-key Novotel Lucknow Convention Center in Uttar Pradesh.
