Vadodara-based Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) company Aimtron Electronics is planning to expand its manufacturing capacity in Bengaluru and establish a global capability centre (GCC) in the city, as part of a three-pronged growth strategy that also includes larger box-build products and end-to-end UPS solutions. The company is targeting ₹1,000 crore in revenue by FY2029, supported by a targeted 40-50 percent CAGR over the next three to five years.

Aimtron currently operates a 10,000 sq ft facility at Nallurhalli, Whitefield, Bengaluru, undertaking PCBA and box-build manufacturing with capacity to produce up to 1 lakh products a month, focused on high-mix, high-technology products.

The company is now exploring locations in Devanahalli and the outskirts of Bengaluru for its next manufacturing expansion and the proposed GCC, with the two facilities potentially developed at a single location. The Bengaluru expansion is at an early stage, with the company still evaluating suitable sites.

In parallel, Aimtron is developing its greenfield Aimtron Mechatronics facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, with an initial investment of around ₹100 crore, expected to begin operations by the end of FY2027 or in Q1 FY2028.
