A petrochemical products manufacturing expansion project is planned in Kayalpattinam North, Tiruchendur, Tamil Nadu, increasing capacity to 35,900 TPA with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,600 million. Construction is set to start in July 2024 and end in July 2026. As of May 2024, the project is awaiting environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change.
