Project summary
A new 173.6 km Broad Gauge railway line is planned, connecting Malkangiri in Odisha to Pandurangapuram in Telangana via Bhadrachalam. Passing through Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, the project aims to improve connectivity in remote areas. Estimated at Rs. 35,917.6 million, construction is set to begin in January 2027 and conclude by November 2031.
