The East Coast Railway is building a new third and fourth railway line between Jharsuguda and Sason in Odisha. The 70 km expansion, costing an estimated Rs. 11,133.4 million, is currently in the feasibility study phase. Construction is scheduled from January 2026 to December 2030.
