A new iron ore beneficiation project in Gaitra, Tehsil Kharora, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, involves a 0.7 MTPA beneficiation plant, 0.6 MTPA pellet plant, coal gasifiers, DRI kilns, power plants, SMS with CCM, and rolling mill. Estimated at Rs. 9800 million, construction starts in January 2025, ending in July 2026. Environmental clearance is currently under examination.
