Project summary
A commercial hotel building in Shettigere Village, Bangalore North Taluk is being expanded from 39,397.51 sq.m to a total built-up area of 67,964.06 sq.m, at a total project cost of ₹134 crore. The expansion proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with an earlier environmental clearance for the existing hotel already granted in December 2017. Construction is expected to generate around 100 permanent jobs during the build phase and add over 2,500 permanent jobs once operational.
