A major water infrastructure overhaul is planned for South Delhi, involving replacement of 732.65 Km of ageing pipelines and addition of 606 Km of new lines. The project aims to enable round-the-clock water supply across 12 assembly constituencies spanning 247 SqKm. Work is expected to be executed over the next three years, expanding the total network from 1,872 Km to 2,478 Km.
