A pilot solar photovoltaic power project of minimum 4 MW capacity is proposed on the elevated section of the Delhi-Saharanpur-Dehradun Highway (Package-1) in Delhi. The project will be implemented under the Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) mode as part of Phase I of a highway solarisation initiative.
