A Cement company plans to expand its Rawan plant, increasing Clinker Line - II capacity from 2.72 to 3.1 MTPA. The project, initiated in April 2015 and evolved by December 2023, targets boosting cement production to 6.5 MTPA and clinker to 8.1 MTPA. Additionally, the waste heat recovery-based power plant capacity will rise to 43 MW. The Rs.58900 million project awaits environmental clearance as of March 2024.
