A new industrial facility is planned in Sahaspur, Khordha, Odisha, on 100 acres with a built-up area of 1,20,397.81 sq.m. The project includes a Titanium Dioxide plant, Sulphuric Acid plant, Producer Gas plant, brick plant, and a 4.8 MW FBC co-generation power unit. Estimated at ₹12,754.7 million, construction is scheduled from January 2026 to January 2027, and it is under SEIAA environmental clearance as of October 2025.
