Project summary
A new manufacturing facility is being set up to produce food-grade aseptic containers in three sizes - 200 ml, 500 ml and 1,000 ml - at the Mundaamba Industrial Estate in Khordha district, Odisha. The State Pollution Control Board has granted Consent to Establish under the Water and Air Pollution Control Acts for the project, which includes biomass-briquette-fired boilers, flexographic printing lines, and dedicated effluent and sewage treatment systems. The unit is required to commence construction within five years of the consent date and obtain Consent to Operate before commercial production begins.
