Project summary
A new Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility (CBMWTF) is proposed on a 0.746 hectare site at Kagri village in Pali district, Rajasthan, equipped with induction/fuel-based and animal incineration systems, autoclave, shredders, plastic compacting unit, ETP and STP. The proposal has been filed with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change seeking fresh Terms of Reference and is currently under scrutiny (EDS raised). The project envisages an investment of about ₹7.5 crore and is expected to generate around 40 permanent jobs once operational.
