Rs.1750 Million New Sewage Treatment Plant in Siliguri, West Bengal
A sewage treatment plant is set to be built in Siliguri, West Bengal by the Kolkata Metropolitan Water & Sanitation Authority. The project will include the design, construction and commissioning of a 48mld sewage treatment plant, along with an interception and diversion network for pollution abatement of the river Mahananda. The cost of the project is estimated to be around Rs.1750 million, and the company has invited bids for the project with the bidding process currently underway.
