    A new manufacturing facility for tractors, construction equipment and allied products is being set up in YEIDA Sector 10 with an investment of Rs 2,025 crore. The first phase is planned to have an annual production capacity of 60,000 tractors and 15,000 construction equipment units. The project is expected to generate more than 3,800 jobs and was announced as part of the UP-Japan Investment Meet.

The project is currently under verification with MoEFCC for fresh Environmental Clearance and is at the planning/land-acquisition stage, with Consent to Establish yet to be obtained. Expected to generate significant employment once operational, with around 900 permanent jobs.

    A new facility for assembly of light and heavy commercial electric vehicles, including 4-wheeler and heavy commercial vehicle BOV variants, is being established in Mamidipalli village, Rangareddy district. The State Pollution Control Board has granted Consent to Establish for the project. The unit is expected to move toward construction and operational stages following this environmental clearance.

    A new greenfield two-wheeler manufacturing facility is coming up near Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, marking the company's first production base outside Tamil Nadu. Phase 1 alone will add capacity for 4.5 lakh motorcycles annually at full utilisation, with the overall project planned at a total outlay of ₹2,500 crore across phases. The Phase 1 capacity addition is expected to be completed during FY 2029-30, subject to market conditions.

The facility requires an investment of Rs. 8,587.4 million and will produce 100,000 units annually. As of May 2026, the project awaits SEIAA environmental clearance, with construction slated to run from August 2026 through December 2029.
