A new recycling and reclaimed rubber manufacturing unit is being established in Bhatgaon, Thakurganj, located in Kishanganj district, Bihar. Estimated at an investment of ₹135.579 million, the greenfield project aims to process waste rubber into industrial materials. Following its proposal submission in late June 2026, the unit officially received State Investment Promotion Board approval in August 2026.
