A new cotton yarn manufacturing unit is being established at Shirol in Kolhapur district with a capital investment of Rs. 411.73 Million. The facility has received Consent to Establish under the Green Category from the State Pollution Control Board, with a sanctioned manufacturing capacity of 3200 Kg/Day of cotton yarn. The unit involves only weaving operations without textile processing such as sizing, bleaching or dyeing.
