    Telangana From 100 Million to 999 Million

    A new forgings manufacturing facility with an installed capacity of 2300 TPA is being established at IP-Sultanpur, Sangareddy District. The State Pollution Control Board has granted Consent to Establish for the unit, which spans a land area of 15,000 Sq.m. with a built-up area of 7078.50 Sq.m. The project involves gas-fired and electrical furnaces for forging operations.

    Rs.382 Million 173-hectare industrial park development at Yeliminedu village, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana.

    Telangana From 1000 Million to 4999 Million

    A new industrial park spread over about 173 hectares of non-forest land is being developed at Yeliminedu village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, targeting aerospace & defence manufacturing, electronics & ESDM, and precision/advanced manufacturing units. The project has been granted Standard ToR by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is at an early planning/design stage with land partially acquired. The park's master plan envisages plotted development for MSMEs and large industries along with logistics, residential and environmental zones, with internal roads and supporting infrastructure planned to enable industrial operations.

The unit has received Consent to Establish from the State Pollution Control Board under the Green Category. The project is currently at the environmental clearance stage, with the applicant yet to obtain Consent for Operation before commencing production.

    A new multipurpose industrial park spanning 1,926,300 sq. meters is planned in Dandumalkapur, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri, Telangana. Budgeted at Rs. 7,792.1 million, the proposal was submitted for environmental clearance in July 2026. Infrastructure development and construction work are scheduled to run from February 2027 through February 2029.

    A 50-acre integrated nickel-based superalloy manufacturing facility with an annual capacity of 5,000 tonnes is being established in Telangana. Representing an investment of ₹6,000 million, the plant will produce high-performance alloys for aerospace and defense applications. Officially announced in July 2026, commercial production is scheduled to commence in January 2028.
