Rs.270 Million Paint Mfg. Expansion Project in Nashik, Maharashtra
A paint manufacturing expansion project is being pursued in Gondedumala, Igatpuri, Nashik, Maharashtra. The plan encompasses the production of water and solvent-based paints, expanding capacity to 3083 Kl/M. Estimated at Rs.328 million, the initiative has secured state pollution control approval in February 2019. Notably, the project has evolved since September 2019, with expanded capacity for water-based paints, solvent-based paints, and resins, involving an investment of Rs.270 million. Environmental clearance is in progress, with a focus on augmenting water-based paints to 1383 KLPA, solvent-based paints to 1700 KLPA, and resins to 300 KLPA, supported by a submission to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority.
