The project, currently under verification with the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SCEIA) as a Category B2 proposal, is expected to generate around 120 permanent jobs during operations. The proposal is fresh/new, seeking Environmental Clearance under EIA Notification 2006, with the applicant awaiting Consent to Establish from the State Pollution Control Board.

Phase 2 will add pilot-scale Methanol-to-Gas and Hydrogen Fuel technology units along with 40,000 MTPA of additional petrochemical intermediate capacity. Phase 1 is targeted for commissioning by March 2027, with commercial operations expected shortly after.
