    A new hotel development named Avant Resort is proposed on privately owned non-forest land spanning about 1.61 hectares in Rajkot district, Gujarat, featuring 122 rooms, 2 banquet halls and 4 restaurants across a built-up area of approximately 49,408 sqmtr. The proposal has been filed for fresh Environmental Clearance under Category B2 and is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. Land has already been acquired for the project, though construction is yet to commence.

    A proposed hotel development with approximately 38,061 sqmtr of built-up area is planned on a net plot area of 10,504 sqmtr near the Agra-Lko Expressway and Taj Mahal vicinity. The project is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with construction yet to begin. It is expected to generate around 18,500 man-days of employment during construction and 29,300 man-days during operations.
