    A new 300-bed hospital project is underway in Singtam, East Sikkim, spanning 43,220 sq.m. with a built-up area of 42,146 sq.m. The project, costing Rs. 6,004.3 million, began construction in November 2022 and aims for completion by December 2026. It is currently under review for environmental clearance by the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority.

    A 500-bed Bedded District Hospital is planned at Bomtar, Namchi, Sikkim, to address the growing demand for medical services. With an estimated cost of Rs. 7,519.1 million, construction began in November 2021 and is set for completion by November 2030. As of September 2024, the project is awaiting environmental clearance to ensure sustainability and regulatory compliance.
