The proposal, categorized as B2 under the EIA Notification 2006, has been accepted and referred to the State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) for review by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. Construction is yet to commence, with the project expected to generate around 650 man-days of employment during the construction phase and 350 man-days during operations.

Consent to Establish has already been obtained from the State Pollution Control Board.

The proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for fresh Environmental Clearance, with no construction reported to have started yet.

    A luxury 5-star hotel development is planned on a 2.524-acre land parcel in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi. The project will include around 500 hotel rooms along with food and beverage outlets, banqueting facilities and commercial spaces. The land parcel has been secured from the Delhi Development Authority through a Letter of Award granting license rights for development. The project is expected to strengthen hospitality infrastructure near Yashobhoomi Convention Centre and Delhi International Airport.
