Hisar Waste-to-Clean-Energy Project in Hisar, Haryana
An integrated Compressed Biogas and Waste-to-Energy facility is proposed for the Hisar cluster in Haryana with a municipal solid waste processing capacity of 500 tonnes per day. The facility will recover recyclables, convert biodegradable waste into CBG, and use the non-recyclable dry fraction to generate electricity. The project follows an MoU signed with the local municipality and is currently at the announcement stage with no firm commissioning timeline disclosed.
