    Rajasthan From 5000 Million to 49999 Million

    A new ammonium nitrate plant is being developed in Gadepan, Rajasthan, with ₹16,450 million invested to produce 220,000 tpa of Technical Ammonium Nitrate and 180,000 tpa of weak nitric acid. Expansion clearance was granted in May 2024. Further upgrades will increase ammonia, urea, and power capacities by 2027, with construction from 2026 to 2029.

    A Technical Ammonium Nitrate manufacturing plant expansion is planned in Gopalpur Industrial Park, Ganjam, Odisha, to increase production capacity to 1,143 MTPD (LDAN or HDAN on a campaign basis). With an estimated cost of Rs. 6,230 million, construction began in November 2023 and concluded in April 2024. As of August 2025, the project awaits environmental clearance.

    A major cooperative society in India is planning a fertilizer manufacturing project in Kandla, Kutch, Gujarat. The project involves producing water-soluble NPK fertilizer with a capacity of 9,000 MTPA. It includes modernization and product mix changes using an existing plant to produce 43,000 TPA of Nano NPK. The project is under review for environmental clearance.

    A new chemical fertilizers manufacturing unit with a capacity of 1,000,000 TPA is planned in PCPIR, Village Akhod, Vagra, Bharuch, Gujarat. With an estimated cost of ₹6,200 million, construction is set to begin in March 2026 and conclude by December 2027. The project was submitted for environmental clearance in July 2025.
