The project, estimated at Rs. 627 million, is awaiting environmental clearance from the State Authority. Construction is scheduled to begin in March 2026 and be completed by April 2027.

Initially approved in 2018, the updated project, costing Rs. 1,080 million, is scheduled for construction between December 2025 and November 2027. Environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment is currently under review.
