Project summary
An integrated cement plant comprising clinker (7.3 Million TPA), cement (6 Million TPA), a 25 MW captive power plant, 50 MW waste heat recovery system and a synthetic gypsum unit at Salewari-Uppalapadu village in YSR Kadapa district. The proposal, filed for fresh Terms of Reference, is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. The project is expected to generate significant construction and operational employment once cleared.
