YEIDA Issues Letters of Intent to 25 Companies for ₹3,155 Crore Industrial Investment Near Noida Airport
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has issued letters of intent (LoI) to 25 companies. Their combined estimated investment is ₹3,155 crore. The companies will set up industrial units near Noida Airport on an anticipated 95 acres.
The proposed units cover automobile manufacturing, electronics, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. They also include packaging, handicrafts and apparel facilities.
Gainwell Commosales has proposed the largest investment, at nearly ₹497 crore. It plans an integrated engineering and manufacturing project on about 20 acres of mixed-use land. Multitex Filteration Engineers plans a heavy fabrication unit worth an estimated ₹282 crore on 5 acres. Cyno Lifesciences has proposed a drugs and medicines manufacturing unit worth an estimated ₹206 crore on nearly 2.5 acres.
Eleven companies will set up units in Sector 8D, eight in Sector 29, three in Sector 24, two in Sector 6 and one in Sector 28. The authority has so far allotted 1,122 industrial plots.
