Warren Remedies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indoco Remedies has started its commercial production on March 24, 2024 from its greenfield facility in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

The unit will manufacture pharmaceutical intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and would cater to the needs of the company's customers.

The facility will provide the requisite capabilities in meeting demand of APIs. Indoco, a fully integrated, research-oriented pharmaceutical company develops and manufactures a wide range of pharmaceutical products for the Indian and international markets. It has a presence in 55 countries.

The company has nine manufacturing facilities, six for finished dosage forms (FDFs) and three for APIs, supported by an R&D centre and a CRO facility. The facilities have been approved by most of the Regulatory Authorities including USFDA and UK-MHRA.
