Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd (WIML) said that it has inked a preliminary agreement with Triton EV, a US-based company, to produce electric vehicles (EVs) for the UAE and domestic markets.
According to a statement from the firm, Triton EV has chosen WMIL to be its production partner for battery-operated trucks in India and the United Arab Emirates as part of the five-year projected strategic collaboration.
Furthermore, the domestic electric vehicle manufacturer plans to enhance its production capacity to manufacture two- and three-wheelers for Triton EV.
According to the MoU, Triton EV will provide essential technology support for building up production lines and expanding in India, along with the technology for hydrogen battery packs used in two- and three-wheelers.
Wardwizard shall support TEV in manufacturing electric trucks, two and three-wheelers for India and the UAE markets from its facility in Vadodara.
