The Fern Signs 110-Key Hotel Project in Nashik, Expands Maharashtra Portfolio
The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Nashik, Series by Marriott, in Maharashtra. The hospitality project is scheduled to open in 2028.
With this signing, the company's portfolio of operational and upcoming properties in Maharashtra has increased to 58 hotels, as part of the group's broader expansion strategy in the state.
The Fern Nashik will comprise 110 rooms and suites, along with an all-day dining restaurant and a specialty restaurant. The property will also include a conference room and two banquet halls for meetings, conferences, weddings and social events, along with a gym, swimming pool, spa and salon.
The project is designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers and will add new hospitality infrastructure to Nashik upon completion, strengthening the company's presence in one of Maharashtra's key hospitality markets.
