The Fern Hotels & Resorts Signs 110-Key Hotel in Nashik, Expanding Maharashtra Portfolio to 58 Properties
The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Nashik, Series by Marriott, in Maharashtra. The hospitality project is scheduled to open in 2028. With this signing, the company's portfolio of operational and upcoming properties in Maharashtra has increased to 58 hotels, as part of the group's continued expansion strategy in the state.
The Fern Nashik will comprise 110 rooms and suites, along with an all-day dining restaurant and a specialty restaurant. The hotel will also include a conference room and two banquet halls for meetings, conferences, weddings and social events, along with a gym, swimming pool, spa and salon, designed to serve both business and leisure travellers.
Upon completion, the project is expected to add new hospitality infrastructure to Nashik and strengthen the company's presence in one of Maharashtra's key hospitality markets, reflecting continued investment in organised hotel infrastructure across the state.
