Sayaji Hotels Signs Four New Properties Across India's Spiritual Tourism Corridor
Sayaji Hotels has announced the signing of four new properties across some of India's most prominent pilgrimage destinations, as part of its expansion into the country's spiritual tourism corridor.
The new signings are Enrise by Sayaji in Somnath, Enrise by Sayaji in Ujjain, Effotel by Sayaji in Nashik, and Effotel by Sayaji in Varanasi. The Somnath property marks the group's debut at one of India's twelve Jyotirlinga shrines, while the Ujjain signing strengthens its presence in another major spiritual centre.
The Nashik property introduces the Effotel brand to a city known for pilgrimage, wine tourism and business travel, and the Varanasi hotel positions the group in one of the world's oldest inhabited cities, which draws large volumes of domestic and international visitors.
The four signings add to Sayaji Hotels' portfolio of premium hotels, business hotels, resorts and experiential stays, and reflect the group's strategy of expanding hospitality supply in high-footfall religious tourism markets. No investment size or opening timelines for the properties were disclosed.
