The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores has been given approval for establishment-expansion (CFE-EXP) under The Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, and The Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 from Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB), Bengaluru.

In September 2024, the company had received of environmental clearance (EC) for its Ramghad Manganese & Iron Ore Mines for iron ore production of 0.216 MTPA along with handling of already stocked incidental Iron ore of 0.327 MT within first two years.

The company will now obtain consent for operation (CFO) from KSPCB and other regulatory approval.
