Sameera Warehouster signs for a 2.6 lakh square feet facility in Tamil Nadu

Sameera Warehouster, an integrated warehousing solutions provider has announced the construction of a 2.6 lakh sq. ft. warehousing facility on the Bangalore-Chennai highway.

In the first phase of development, the company is focusing on constructing 1.01 lakh sq. ft for a built-to-suit (BTS) facility in Enathur, Tamil Nadu for a leading automobile firm.

By delivering a space that meets its client's specification, this facility will help optimise operations and help expand its business footprint.

In addition, Sameera Warehouster has acquired a 137-acre park in Chengalpet with a potential for three million sq. ft. of development, aligned to the company's vision to create a robust infrastructure. The development is expected to commence soon, bringing new opportunities for growth and innovation.

The industrial real estate developer and warehousing solutions provider plans to develop eight logistics projects in four key markets, spread across 460 acres having a combined development potential of nine million sq. ft.
