Northern Railway Invites EPC Bids for ₹3,726 Crore Ghaziabad-New Moradabad 3rd and 4th Line Project in Uttar Pradesh
Northern Railway has invited bids for an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract to add 3rd and 4th lines on the Ghaziabad–New Moradabad railway corridor in Uttar Pradesh. The section falls under the Delhi and Moradabad divisions of Northern Railway. The package is worth an estimated ₹3,726.34 crore.
The tender opened on 28 September 2026. Bidders can submit proposals until 23 February 2027. The project also includes the supporting infrastructure needed for the expanded route.
The corridor is part of the larger Ghaziabad–Sitapur 3rd and 4th line project. That project covers 403 km at an estimated cost of ₹14,926 crore. Its scope includes the additional railway track and the supporting civil, electrical and other railway infrastructure needed to integrate the expanded route with the existing network.
